Class Descriptions

If this is your first time venturing in the hip-hop dance world or getting back into it, start with the beginning class. All of our hip-hop classes focus on one specific song and new choreography every week.  The beginning classes teach you the fundamentals of rhythm, beats, and steps. Our advanced* hip-hop classes (*knee pads required) are fun and challenging, featuring the teaching of a unique technical dance and performance style

Fun high energy non-stop aerobic workout. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat. Easy to follow dance moves for all fitness levels. No dance experienced required. Come and get your sweat on.

This is your chance to be a part of our dance company and be in our next memorable productions. Auditions are held throughout the year. You must have hip hop dance experience. Auditions will consist of learning a short combination with a short freestyle session. Tennis show or dance shoes and knee pads are required. You must be able to attend dance rehearsals which are held on Tuesday & Thursday. You can now use your membership series.

Learn to make amazing choreography. Gain confidence & understand what it takes to make it as a dancer. This class consists of working with on song using the lyrics & the beat & expressing what the track makes you feel.

Nonstop is a high energy, stamina building workout class with easy repetitive dance steps. This class is a fun way to burn calories and tone muscle. You will be working out to heart pumping hip-hop and house music.
Great for beginners!

This class is free for SBAC members; $10 for general public.
Welcome to the ultimate cross-training experience. This conditioning class consist of running, weights, cardio, and the new Nonstop Cardio class.
This regimen incorporates easy dance steps with a lot of repetition and nonstop movement to the latest hip-hop mixes.
This class is great for beginners.
