CARDIO HIP HOP SWEAT
A fun high-energy nonstop aerobic workout. This class will teach you fundamentals of whole counts which are slower and half counts which are faster along with teaching you muscle memory which is memorizing choreography and counts. This is a great class to build stamina and endurance. Great for intermediate levels.

STYLIZED HIP HOP
Learn how to dance like the professionals. This class consist of working on one song using the lyrics and the beats which challenges your body to learn how to isolate body movements facial expressions and build confidence while all along getting an extreme workout. Great for advanced levels.

HIP HOP NONSTOP
Nonstop is a high-energy stamina building class with easy repetitive steps. This class is a fun way to burn calories and tone muscle. Great for beginners.

LUNCHTIME LIFT / FIERCE 45
45 minutes of non-stop weight training to music. It’s like a dance class with weights and no dance.
